Extra warranty
The Extra Warranty service is an extended warranty offered by Patent, which can be activated after the expiration of the full warranty for a regular service fee. Patent Remote Monitoring covers the warranty repairs of electronic alarm systems that have been installed by Patent or serviced and deemed suitable by them. This service applies to alarm systems that are no longer under warranty as defined in the Remote Monitoring Service Agreement, provided that they were free of defects at the time of the agreement. Dispatchers or technicians will check the system’s condition before the agreement is made.
What is not covered by the Extra Warranty service?
- Requests for relocation of equipment related to the alarm system.
- Requests related to system expansions.
- Requests for code changes.
- Replacement of parts that are no longer available and cannot be replaced with other or newer parts.
